Maxim Enterprises continues to experience positive growth across both work orders and revenue. In order to better service our contractors and clients we have added additional resources to our organization. Each brings a unique set of skills and diverse background that will benefit our company. Our senior management team is comprised of the following:

 

Steve Maxim, President and CEO

Fresh out of college Steve owned and managed his own retail soccer store. But the family business, started by his father in 1998, beckoned him in 1999 when he joined Maxim Enterprises. Under Steve's leadership as Chief Operating Officer, Maxim became one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the nation. In his words, Steve "took the reins and rode the horse through ups and downs." It has grown literally from a garage to a 6,500-square-foot building in seven years, from a three-person operation to about 45 people.

Ernie Hummer, Vendor Manager

Ernie joins us from First Merit Bank with over 36 years of banking and mortgage lending experience.  His responsibilities included management of mortgage originations, loan work outs, foreclosures and REO for a regional savings and loan.

Krishna McCollins, Franchise Manager

Krishna joins us from the Health Management Group.  Her background includes 14 years of franchising experience.  Her responsibilities included operations, training, recruiting, transferring contracts, renewals and marketing

 

 Dave Klein, Finance Manager

Dave joins us from R & R Inc. in Youngstown where he served as a credit manager. Prior to that position he worked for Goodyear.  His 30 years of finance and collection experience will be extremely beneficial to Maxim.
